As the artist of the commissioned piece, I reserve the right to use it personally:⇝ I can post the artwork on my social media
⇝ I can use the artwork for my portfolio and/or site gallery.
⇝ I can use it as an example for commissionsif you wish to keep your commissioned work private and not be uploaded, please inform me right away!!!I reserve the right to deny your commission for any reason.

⚶ Your Rights As a Commissioner

  YOU ARE ALLOWED TO   
⇝ Use the piece(s) for personal purposes ONLY
⇝ Post it on Social Media with proper credit
⇝ Print it for yourself but not for you to sell
⇝ If you no longer want a commission, you can get a full refund if I have not started the artwork (if you cancel your commission before I have finished it, I will only refund the amount I have not done)
⇝ Request progress shots at any time
⇝ Request small changes to your commission before I have finished  YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:  
⇝ Remove my watermark
⇝ Modify the Artwork
⇝ Claim it as made by you, ever.
⇝ Profit off of my art by selling and producing products with my art on it (for commercial use pieces, there is a separate negotiation and budget)
⇝ NO NFTs, AI training, or use for cryptocurrency.If I find that you are misusing my art in any way, shape, or form, I will take the appropriate actions against you and prevent you from requesting any more commissions from me.

Style ImitationHOWEVER if any of these are being used to bring awareness then I will draw it. Ex: someone dealing with fatphobia and how it makes them feel or how they overcome it. But I WILL NOT draw anything explicit and/or triggering. Only implication/eluding content.I will let you know if anything makes me uncomfortable

⚶ How to Order:

    01.     Fill Out Google Form    02.     Once I receive and accept the form, I will email you so keep a look out!    03.     Have your references (the more the better) and/or detailed descriptions ready, and I will give you an invoice for the total cost of the commission and your preferred contact method. We will also discuss a deadline during this time as well.

    04.      Before I get started with the Commission, you must pay full upfront for pieces under $100 and 50% of the price for commissions over $100. We can discuss a payment plan if you really need to, however you will not get the final, high-quality piece until I get the full payment.    05.      If there are any changes that you want to make before I get started let me know early on so that we can revise what you would like me to do for your artwork.

⚶ Process:

    01.      Once payment is processed (full or half), You will be added to the queue. You can see when I start working on your commission here    02.      Once I receive and accept the form, I will email you for further information like reference sheets and deadlines.    03.      I will keep in contact with you to ask questions and send regular updates of progress shots but you may always ask for an update at any time. (However don’t overwhelm me, please).    04.      Progress shots will be sent in low quality to avoid theft unless you have paid 100% upfront for the piece.    05.     I will allow revisions during these stages:⇝ Sketch⇝ Base (Flat Colors)⇝ 70-80% rendered (very minor revisions. Ex: Adding an object somewhere)

⇝ You get three sets of 3 Revisions for free(Ex: If I am in the sketch stage and you want me to add X, Y, and Z, that is considered one revision set. You will then have two more revision sets that you can do). Extra revisions will be $10 each. If it a mistake on my end then there will be no charge for the revision.I will wait for your response before proceeding to the next stage.    06.      It will take a few days to up to a month for your commission to be done (time may vary depending on technical or personal issues)    07.      Before you receive the final product, I will ask for the rest of the payment. Once full payment is received I will send you your finished product. You may post it wherever you like, just make sure to give me proper credit.    08.      Thank you for considering me as someone to work with! I hope you enjoy the creations I offer!
